The Executive-Plus Series

This particular blade features a Japanese AUS10 Super Steel core with 45-layers of High Carbon Stainless Steel, polished with Zelite’s globally recognized Tsunami Rose Damascus pattern. The 56mm deep blade ensures maximum knuckle clearance and was designed to encourage the rocking-motion style of cutting. The blade is non-stick, boasts a staggering rockwell hardness HRC 61 and is liquid nitrogen cooled to maximize it’s stain and rust resistant properties.

The Razor-Edge Series:

This Razor-Edge blade is forged using Japanese AUS8 High Carbon Stainless Steel. The blade is 50mm deep and has a Rockwell Hardness of (HRC 59±1). It has long-lasting edge retention and is stain, rust and corrosion resistant. The blade is hand finished using the traditional 3-step Honbazuke method. It has an incredible 12-15° razor sharp edge per side with a mirror polished cutting angle. This multi-purpose knife offers the ultimate blend of agility, efficiency and performance.
