    The Alpha-Royal Japanese Series Boning knife has a narrow, stiff blade and pointed tip. It is perfect for removing bones from beef, pork, lamb, game and poultry. The sharp blade can be maneuvered around bones, ribs, joints and cartilage maximizing the yield. Its sharp tip can be used to trim fat and silver skin from meats, and remove skin from poultry and fish. It can also be used for sectioning meats and butterflying chicken breasts and pork chops.
