Our Executive-Plus Series 10″ Chef Knife features a long, wide, razor-sharp blade. It is perfectly sized for chopping, slicing and dicing a wide variety of foods. Especially adept at tackling larger food items such as watermelon and pineapple. It also tackles tougher skinned items like squash and cabbage, where you need additional leverage to get the job done. The beautifully patterned 60mm wide Japanese steel blade has a rounded belly and pointed tip. The smooth “hump back” handle design provides a stable and comfortable grip for those long prep sessions in the kitchen.
